How to get started

To start Akonadi, you need to start the Control process. This can be done by calling akonadi_control, on the command line.

Debugging Tools

From time to time it is necessary to debug the Akonadi system. For this purpose akonadiconsole is available.

It is a management tool which provides user interfaces for the following tasks:
