Public Methods
KDoubleValidator extends QDoubleValidator to be
locale-aware. That means that - subject to not being disabled -
KLocale::decimalPoint(), KLocale::thousandsSeparator()
and KLocale::positiveSign() and KLocale::negativeSign()
are respected.
