Detailed Description
Publish options are preconditions for publishing an item: the service only publishes the item if the node's configuration matches the options (or, if the node does not exist yet, creates it with these options). They use the same fields as QXmppPubSubNodeConfig, but are exchanged with the form type http://jabber.org/protocol/pubsub#publish-options.
