Grouping Desktop library

This library is an add-on to libplasma that provide a way to group Plasma Applets in various arrangements.It is designed in a modular way, with the introduction of the class AbstractGroup that can be subclassed to provide a new group type. The other fundamental class is GroupingContainment that manages all the groups and can be subclassed to create a new Containment with grouping support.
