Implementation of KPixmapProvider.

Uses KMimeType::pixmapForURL() to resolve icons.

Instatiate this class and supply it to the desired class, e.g.

KHistoryCombo *combo = new KHistoryCombo( this );
combo->setPixmapProvider( new KUrlPixmapProvider );
[...]

the resulting pixmap
