Obsolete Members for QXmppMovedManager

This function is deprecated. We strongly advise against using it in new code.

Returns whether the own server supports the XEP-0283: Moved feature.

This requires the QXmppDiscoveryManager to be registered with the client. The information is requested once the client is connected and kept while it is updated on reconnection.

since QXmpp 1.17, use watchServerSupport() instead.
